Poorly poured

Had them out to do a job in cleveland. The pour was above grade by 12 inches. Nothing was dug out. 4 x 20 section . Another section no expansion joints were added flush to my house, again nothing was dug up, and it wasn’t boxed in. And now they won’t get in contact with me to correct it
